Argo Cable Car is Batumi‘s signature aerial tramway, carrying visitors from the city‘s historic port area 2.5 kilometres up to the peak of Anuria Mountain. Rising 256 metres above the Black Sea, this 15‑minute ride in comfortable eight‑seat gondolas offers breathtaking panoramic views of the coastal skyline, the bustling harbour, and the lush green hills of Adjara. At the summit, guests can explore an observation deck with binoculars, enjoy Georgian and European cuisine at the mountaintop restaurant, browse souvenir and wine shops, and in summer, watch free live performances of traditional Georgian folk dances.
